Characteristics
The permanent torpedo-type magnetic separator is ideal for material transported pneumatically or by gravity in a diluted phase.
The magnetic separator captures ferrous contaminants found in inert material, thus helping to improve the quality of the material.
The magnetic separator has a gate in which the magnetic core is installed, making it easy to clean.
The magnetic core is supplied with clogging rings to help retain the captured ferrous material better, and the core is held in place by its shaft, which allows it to be rotated for complete cleaning.
The magnetic core is manufactured with permanent magnets that generate a powerful magnetic field required to attract, hold and retain the ferrous particles. All this without requiring electricity for its operation.
The cabinet of the torpedo-type separators has clamps and a safety ring packaging for better sealing, avoiding leaks to the outside. It can be manufactured with or without flanges.
