Permanent Magnetic Grid Type: Square and Rectangular
It protects the crushing and grinding equipment, preventing iron particles from damaging them, and improves the quality of the products by removing the iron particles that are larger than or equal to the inert material.
The magnetic grid consists of a series of bars with permanent magnets, placed parallel to each other, leaving sufficient space between them for the flow of the inert non-ferrous granulated material. As the granular or powder material passes between the bars of the grids, the grids capture and retain the ferrous contaminant contained in the material.
The grids are manufactured with permanent neodymium or ceramic magnets that generate a powerful magnetic field required to attract, hold and retain the ferrous particles. All this without requiring electricity for its operation.
The equipment can be supplied with material diverters, in order to channel the dispersed material directly to the bars magnetic field.
