El separador magnético permanente tipo torpedo, es ideal para material transportado neumáticamente o por gravedad en fase diluida.
El separador magnético captura los contaminantes ferroso que se encuentran en el material inerte, con lo cual ayuda a mejorar la calidad del material.
El separador magnetico cuenta con una compuerta en la cual esta instalado el núcleo magnético, con lo cual se facilita su limpieza.
El núcleo magnetico se suministra con anillos de obstrucción, esto para ayudar a retener mejor el material ferroso capturado, así también el núcleo esta sujeto através de su eje, lo cual permite girarlo para poder limpiarlo por completo.
El núcleo magnético es fabricado a base de imanes permanentes que generan un potente campo magnético requerido para atraer, sujetar y retener las particulas ferrosas. Todo esto sin requerir electricidad para su funcionamiento.
El gabinete de los separadores tipo torpedo cuenta con clamps y empaque tipo o ring de seguridad para un mejor sellado, evitando fugas al exterior. Puede ser fabricado con o sin bridas.

The magnetic separator captures the ferrous contaminants found in the inert material, thereby helping to improve the quality of the material.
The magnetic separator has a gate in which the magnetic core is installed, which makes cleaning easier.
The magnetic core is supplied with obstruction rings, this to help retain the captured ferrous material better, so that the core is attached through its axis, which allows it to rotate to be able to clean it completely.
The magnetic core is manufactured based on permanent magnets that generate a powerful magnetic field required to attract, hold and retain ferrous particles. All this without requiring electricity for its operation.
The cabinet of the torpedo type dividers has clamps and safety type or ring packing for a better seal, avoiding leaks to the outside. It can be manufactured with or without flanges.
